Andhra Bank introduces Tele Banking services

Hyderabad-head quartered Andhra Bank has introduced Tele Banking Services in a bid to offer its customers a 24x7 access to their bank account information. The service also provides information about its products and hence extends the marketing channel of the bank.
Existing and prospective customers can access the bank call centre from both landline telephones and mobile phones by dialing 1800 425 1515. The IVRS is available round the clock while the call centre’s personalized support will be available between 0800 AM to 0800 PM on all days except on Sundays and National holidays.
Andhra Bank customers can get their Customer Id at the time of opening of their bank account in order to access their bank account information. Existing customers can go for a simple, free, no hassle, paper-less registration in order to access these services.
